Mr. Kirwan started his career as an account manager at one of Canada’s leading full-service Investor Relations firms, overseeing all IR functions as an account manager for multiple publicly listed clients. Since 2022, Mr. Kirwan has operated independently as a consultant in the public and private sectors, overseeing or being part of capital markets programs, and conducting business development exercises. The majority of engagements to date have been through the mineral exploration sector, although overall a generalist. Mr. Kirwan operates in the public markets through Seleucus Capital.

Through exploration of private market exposure Mr. Kirwan came into contact with the Hassan Family Office, and by extension became familiar with Nvestiv. Initially working on a deal-by-deal basis, Jack has taken on the role of Director, he works to develop the private sell-side network, as well as to develop the private buy-side network.
